How our Romans children projects create a show days work

We start off with a Romans children project assembly in the morning to introduce the pupils and the teacher to the day and check everyone understands the set and props making tasks. Then group by group we work with up to 4 classes on the show. Each group learns their drama scene and then continues their preparation in the classroom making props. We send you full script and teaching pack which explains all of these tasks.

At the end of the day there is a big performance for the whole school and parents. Even if the whole school has taken part they can still be their own audience as three of the Romans children show scenes will be new to them.

Improves confidence, teamwork, speaking and listening skills, concentration, self expression
