Katie's Picture Show - create the magic of art at your school
Splats come to your school to teach the whole school this show and perform it for the parents at the end of the day.
How our create a show days work
We start off with an assembly in the morning to introduce the pupils and the teacher to the day and check everyone understands the set and props making tasks. Then group by group we work with up to 4 classes on the show. Each group learns their drama scene and then continues their preparation in the classroom making props. We send you full script and teaching pack which explains all of these tasks. At the end of the day there is a big performance for the whole school and parents. Even if the whole school has taken part they can still be their own audience as three of the scenes will be new to them.

I have used splats before for circus skills and would be interested to use you again for this year’s Art Fortnight programme. Katie’s picture show looks fantastic but as my theme this year is the Olympics, do the pictures vary as I would need to somehow link them to the Olympics?
