One Ball Scoop
Start with one ball and scoop it past your middle. You are aiming for points just above your head.
Throw gently.

Two Ball Drop
Hold one ball in each hand. Remember your target points above your head. Gently scoop one ball and when it reaches the opposite point scoop the other ball to the other side. Just let the balls drop. Rhythm is throw, throw, splat, splat.
Throw gently.

Two Ball Cross
Now repeat but this time catch the balls. If your throws are accurate they will just land in your hand.
If you want just let one drop or both again until you get used to it.
The rhythm is throw, throw, catch, catch.

Three Balls
Take two balls in one hand and one in the other.
Starting from the hand with two in repeat the two ball cross but now when the second ball peaks throw the third. You can just let the ball drop and in fact can throw all the balls and let them drop to get used to the rhythm.

Now keeping throwing under and across as each ball peaks.
